Please do not wait to see if you pass your exams before you register or you will incur a late registration fee (£60 after 6 May 2016 and £90 after 3 June 2016).
Each year we have to disappoint students who try to register after they have received their results as seats get taken quickly and there may not be enough room for you if you leave it too late.
Your School Office/Moodle should have information on when you will receive your degree results.
Students who do not complete the academic requirements of their course will be removed from the ceremony list and you will automatically qualify for a refund of any tickets purchased. Refunds will be processed from August onwards.
Not coming to the ceremony?
If you are not planning to attend, please fill out the registration form stating you are not attending, which will help in our planning of the ceremony, and will also ensure that you do not receive any further reminders regarding graduation deadlines.
Information on receiving your certificate for non-attendees is available via the Frequently Asked Questions page.
The Research Support office informs the awards team of candidates for Ph.D. and M.Phil. when they have completed the academic requirements for their awards so that invitations may be issued. However, if you have received your result letter and you haven’t heard from us regarding your invitation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org including your name/student id and mobile number so we can contact you.
