UAL offers affordable and convenient summer accommodation in central London to UAL students, external groups and members of the public for short-term and long-term summer stays.
Short Course bookings
Prices for UAL Short Course students booking single ensuite rooms start from:
- Sketch House: £84 per night*
- Gardens House: currently fully booked for summer 2024. If interested, send your requirements to group.summer.stays@arts.ac.uk and you will be contacted should availability change.

Warning notice about fraud websites
We are aware of fraudulent websites selling UAL rooms for summer accommodation. UAL is making every effort to stop such scams, but unfortunately, we cannot stop them all.
Please be advised that bookings for UAL summer accommodation can only be made via our Summer Stays website or SpeedyBooker (www.speedybooker.com/en-GB).
If you come across a website that you believe is fraudulent, you can report it to the National Cyber Security Centre. If you doubt the authenticity of any correspondence claiming to originate from UAL Summer Stays, please email summer.stays@arts.ac.uk. This alerts us to the potential scam and allows for it to be investigated.
