Sketch House

Sketch House is a new development exclusive for UAL Students. Based right in the heart of Finsbury Park, this is a perfect location for students wishing to be close to Central London in a lively community.

About Sketch House

Sketch House's interior is inspired by the artist community in the area. There are 430 ensuite bedrooms available for UAL students and each flat cluster is shared between 5-10 students. There are also 45 studios available with a double bed, a kitchen and an ensuite facility.

At present, we have over 2,000 applications for 475 rooms at Sketch House for 2017-18. Due to this extremely high level of interest, we strongly encourage students applying for UAL accommodation to choose an alternative hall to avoid disappointment.

Location

Finsbury Park is a very cultured and unique part of London and a perfect setting for Sketch House.

Next to Underground and National rail stations and adjacent to the large park, we are sure the UAL students here will be excited by their north London surroundings. Within walking distance are an array of cafes, bakery’s and bars, including the famous Park Theatre café bar.

What’s more, it is on the Victoria line which makes it a perfect location to travel to our central colleges like London College of Fashion and Central Saint Martins.

Room sizes

Sizes are for guidance only, as rooms may vary. The price of a room depends on many factors such as location within the building and available natural light. That means that a more expensive room is not necessarily larger, or a smaller room cheaper. Please speak to one of our expert accommodation advisors if you require any further clarification.
