The freshly refurbished Georgian town houses of Camberwell Campus provides a historical setting in a convenient location.

About Camberwell Campus

Set across four 18th century Grade II listed buildings this hall accommodates students in affordable housing, on the College's doorstep.

The refurbishment of these landmark buildings has created a more traditional campus-style experience for Camberwell students. The hall consists of single and twin rooms, as well as self-contained studio flats. The gardens surrounding the buildings are for the use of resident students.

There are 155 bedrooms available for UAL students and each flat cluster will be shared between 2-11 students. This hall is signed up to the ANUK code of practice. For more information visit: www.nationalcode.org

Set in the heart of Camberwell, this site benefits from being situated next to Camberwell College of Arts but also within a short a journey to London College of Communication and Chelsea College of Arts.

Information for students with disabilities

Camberwell Campus has the following features for disabled students: 

  • purpose built adapted large ensuite rooms with wheelchair access, and shared kitchens based on the ground floor
  • a series of emergency call points located on site
  • accessible toilets located in the common rooms and main reception, equipped with emergency cords
  • wheelchair access into the building
  • portable "Deafgard" alarm units for hearing impaired residents
  • other deaf aids available such as vibrating pillows, flashing door-bells etc
  • disabled parking available if required
  • flashing alarm beacons in all mobility adaptable rooms and disabled toilets.
