Making a student complaint
UAL welcomes feedback from students on all aspects of your experience. In addition to providing feedback to tutors and other members of staff you can raise issues with course committees and other school or college meetings. The Students' Union also has mechanisms for you to raise issues or concerns, for example through your course representatives and student assemblies.

Requesting a review of an exam board decision
You may be able to submit a request for a review of an Exam Board decision if you have significant concerns about the way your assessment was conducted, or if you have extenuating circumstances which you were not able to tell us about at the time.
