Reset your IT account password at any time using Password Self-Service (PSS).

I know my current password, how do I reset it?

  1. Login to Password Self Service
  2. Select ‘Change password’

I can't login to Password Self-Service.

Your password may have expired. Please follow the instructions for ‘I have forgotten my password’.

My new password is not accepted

Please check your password meets the UAL security requirements.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

  1. Go to: Password Self Service
  2. Select ‘Forgotten password'
  3. Reset your password

My security responses are not accepted

  1. Please check your security responses matches the information stored on your student. To do this, contact your college office to ensure your student records are correct.
  2. If your student records are up-to date, contact the IT Service Desk by phone or email to have your password reset.

My new password is not accepted

Please check your password meets UAL security requirements.

I reset my password but still can't log in

  1. Please check your password meets UAL security requirements.
  2. There can be a delay in passwords updating across systems. If 15 minutes has elapsed since setting a new password and you can't log in, please contact the IT Service Desk.
