Mental Health
Adjustment to life as a student can be stressful. You may be new to London, perhaps away from home for the first time. At times you may feel homesick or preoccupied with worries about your studies, finances, or relationships and family. You may not be feeling yourself, feel out of control, or down about things.
Don't try to struggle on alone. Support is available from Student Services at University of the Arts London. Please read over this section of our website and contact us if you would like more information or to see one of our advisers.
