You will be able to send the next working day after you create your UAL network/email account.

You need to have formally accepted your offer of a place before your account will open. It takes about 24 hours after acceptance before a network account appears. Instructions for accepting offers are in your offer letter.

Your college address will be your primary address. Meanwhile you can set up forwarding arrangements e.g. from the language centre to college or vice versa or to a private address.

Can I change my e-mail address?

Not unless there is a spelling mistake. Student addresses are automatically generated.
