Part One: Online Enrolment
You will be sent an email inviting you to enrol online using Student Self Service. This can be completed from any computer when you have received notification to do so. The invitation will be sent to your University email, accessible via http://owa.arts.ac.uk/owa/, so please ensure you check this account regularly.
Please view the videos for a demonstration on how to complete online enrolment:
Part Two: Full Enrolment for New Students Only
This is where we verify your ID, qualifications and payment of fees. You will need to bring proof of identity such as a passport or birth certificate and certificates of your qualifications. You MUST bring the originals of these documents to enrolment. Please also provide photocopies so these can be kept on file. You should also bring proof of payment of tuition fees or a sponsorship letter.
Experiencing Problems?
If you are having difficulties logging in to your Student Self Service please use the "Contact Us" link displayed on the Student Self Service web pages. Please note our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.00PM (GMT)
Please note this is for technical queries only. For any course related problems you will need to contact your College Office.
Attendance Requirements:
Continuing Students:
As a continuing student you do not need to present yourself in person to complete your enrolment. We do however need to confirm you are attending so you will be asked to sign in during your first week of teaching. Please make sure you check your course Blackboard site for your signing in slot. Remember if you don't sign in we will assume you are not attending. It is really important that you sign in during your allocated slot.
Home/EU Students:
We will confirm your enrolment to the Student Loan Company (SLC) or other sponsors by the start of the academic year. If you do not sign in this will be reported to the SLC/Sponsor and your student loan/Sponsorship will not be paid to the university and you may become liable for the full fees.
Continuing International Students:
Your re-enrolment is not finalised until you have presented yourself with your current passport and a visa that allows you to study at University of the Arts London. If you fail to finalise your re-enrolment within four weeks of the start of term, we will assume you are not returning to study and will report your withdrawal to the UK Border Agency if appropriate. Please make sure you check your course Blackboard site for your signing-in slot.
If you do not intend to return, you must inform your college as soon as possible.
