Student Self Service

Part One: Online Provisional Enrolment

You will be sent an email inviting you to enrol online using Student Self Service. This can be completed from any computer when you have received notification to do so. The invitation will be sent to your University email, so please ensure you check this account regularly as we will send important information to this address.

Once you have completed your provisional online enrolment you will be sent a confirmation email; please bring this with you to your full enrolment session at your college.

Important Notice:

Due to the anticipated high usage of Student Self Service online enrolment please be patient when moving between screens.

Part Two: Full Enrolment

This is where we verify your ID, qualifications and payment of fees.  You will need to bring proof of identity such as a passport or birth certificate and certificates of your qualifications.  You MUST bring the originals of these documents to enrolment. Please also provide photocopies so these can be kept on file. You should also bring proof of payment of tuition fees or a sponsorship letter.

A note about conditional offers

If your offer of a place is conditional, you must send proof that you have met the conditions of your offer to your college office; this must be sent without delay. It may not be possible to enrol you for your course if we have not received advance notice of your conditions being met.

Outstanding Liabilities

If you have previously attended a course at any of University of the Arts London’s Colleges you should be aware that any outstanding liabilities such as tuition or halls fees must be cleared before enrolment can take place. You must also settle any outstanding library debts and return any overdue books.

Setting up your University network, email and Blackboard accounts
