Royal Festival Hall is located within the Central London Congestion Charging Zone which operates from 07:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Details of exemptions for disabled badge holders and certain classes of vehicles are available on the Congestion Charging website. All exemptions need to be registered at least a fortnight in advance.
