Registration for the 2012 Graduation Ceremonies is now open!

All students who finished their studies after July 2011 will be invited to the 2012 ceremonies.  Any students who are deferred/referred and finish their studies between July 2011 and June 2012 will also be invited.  If you are unsure please Contact the Awards Team.

In February 2012 current final year students will be invited to the ceremonies via their UAL email address.  Reminders will be sent by text message (around April), also information posters will be displayed around all UAL sites.  Deferred/referred students from previous years will be invited by postcard.  Further information will be available on this Award Ceremonies webpage and also the UAL 2012 Graduation Facebook Page.

If you have not received an invitation but think you are eligible for the 2012 ceremonies it is your responsibility to Contact the Awards Team before the registration deadlines.

Contact Details

It is your responsibility to ensure that all your contact details are up to date and correct. We do our best to contact you and advertise the ceremonies, however if you need to update your details you must Contact your College Office to do so.

Dates of the 2012 Ceremonies

There are a number of ceremonies for each of the different colleges and faculties so please check the Venue Dates and Times section to find out which one you are going to.  Please note, at present we do not have the exact dates and time for each ceremony - these details will be updated as soon as possible.

Registration Deadline

In order for us to make the ceremonies run as smoothly as possible the Awards Team need you to keep to a number of deadlines. This is so we have all the information we need when we are at the various stages of organising the events, which is why it is necessary to impose late registration charges should you not meet these deadlines.  Please got to the Deadlines page for more information regarding deadline dates.

Do not leave your registration until you have received your results in June, as this will be too late and you will be subject to the late registration fee if you are able to register at all.  Register as soon as the invitation is sent in February, however if you do not successfully complete your course you will be sent a full refund over the summer period.

Don't let debt ruin your day

You cannot attend the Awards Ceremonies whilst in debt to the University.  Please make sure that you quickly clear any outstanding debts by Contacting your College Office and ask to speak to someone about your debt.
