How can I Get Help?

You can contact the Blackboard support team by emailing blackboard-support@arts.ac.uk for help. To help us resolve your Blackboard query as quickly as possible it would be helpful if you provide the following information:

  • A description of the issue (be as specific as possible).
  • The AOS Code of the course site affected if applicable (e.g. 05130A292_Q08-09).
  • Where in the course site the problem occurs - if possible please provide a list of instructions so that we may replicate the error.
  • Any error message(s) that occurs.
  • If a student is affected who are they (full name, student number, or username)?
  • If a colleague is affected who are they (full name, or username)?
  • Whether the issue is happening at home or on a work machine, or both.
  • Whether you are using a PC or Mac.
  • The more specific information you can provide, the quicker we can usually answer your questions.
