How can I Get Help?
You can contact the Blackboard support team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for help. To help us resolve your Blackboard query as quickly as possible it would be helpful if you provide the following information:
- A description of the issue (be as specific as possible).
- The AOS Code of the course site affected if applicable (e.g. 05130A292_Q08-09).
- Where in the course site the problem occurs - if possible please provide a list of instructions so that we may replicate the error.
- Any error message(s) that occurs.
- If a student is affected who are they (full name, student number, or username)?
- If a colleague is affected who are they (full name, or username)?
- Whether the issue is happening at home or on a work machine, or both.
- Whether you are using a PC or Mac.
- The more specific information you can provide, the quicker we can usually answer your questions.
