Library Services Alumni members
Students who have completed a course of one year or more and staff who have been employed for a period of one academic year or longer, at a constituent college of University of the Arts London can have reference access to all of its libraries. Please contact the Alumni Association of the University of the Arts London co-ordinator on 020 7514 7604 or email alumni-association@arts.ac.uk for a registration form which should be completed and returned to the library of your former college.

Access Arrangements With the exception of CSM, once registered please phone the appropriate library 24 hours in advance for an appointment.

SCONUL Access
SCONUL Access is a national scheme allowing members of one higher education library to use the facilities of another. It is open to (a) staff and researchers, (b) part-time, distance learning, placement students, (c) students on taught postgraduate courses - all of whom may be granted borrowing rights. A fourth group, full-time undergraduates, may be offered reference use of other libraries but will not be able to borrow from them.

Members of the general public can have reference access to the libraries of the University of the Arts London by appointment. See the individual college libraries page for further details.
Copyright information
- Use of photocopiers, scanners, slides and videotapes in the Library must be in accordance with the 1988 Copyright and Patent Act, and any subsequent Copyright Acts.
- You must not make photocopies for a commercial purpose without prior permission from the copyright owner or payment of a copyright fee. Copyright Fee Paid Stickers are available in the Libraries at £9.00 per copy, this allows you to lawfully copy an extract from a book or periodical for commercial purposes which is within the CLA portfolio.
- You are not be able to use University of the Arts London computer facilities or networked resources, including databases.
