Luis Delgado studied BA (Hons) Advertising at London College of Communication.
"Great advertising is created from the ability of being able to be under the consumer’s skin - only then it can be truly relevant and amazing. Empathy and an open mind are assets that can be gained from discovering other cultures, talking to different people and above all, being curious.
With students and lecturers from all corners of the world, my experience on the BA Advertising course taught me what great advertising is really about - understanding people.
I initially wanted to work as a creative, but by the end of the course, and with help from my tutors and guest lecturers working at top advertising agencies, I decided to pursue a career in planning and strategy.
I currently work at Wunderman, one of the WPP digital agencies, as a Global Strategist for Nokia and Adidas. Persistence and determination are the closest I've got to luck."
