Tim Hoar leads the Business & Innovation team at London College of Communication, creating strategies that establish and maintain commercial relationships, generating revenue and building a broad array of partnerships and opportunities for the college.
"During my business career, I have developed and deployed innovative and financially successful services in both education and the corporate business sector, where my experience covers business management and strategy, setting up and managing teams that generate revenue and develop new services within the creative sector.
Academically, I've taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate level at a variety of institutions including Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion. During this time I established entrepreneurial support programmes enabling students to turn their ideas into viable business products or services.
In addition, I have acted as external examiner on both fashion marketing and fashion promotion at University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) giving me a broad perspective of the HE sector."
