Nexus Health Group - brand design
Graduates from BA (Hons) Graphic and Media Design and Postgraduate Certificate Design for Visual Communication created a new brand for South London GP partnership Nexus Health Group.
Nexus Health Group was formed after the merger of four GP practices in Southwark, South London. The new practice wanted a brand that communicated their values, was patient focused and helped to bring the different parts of the group together. They turned to LCC graduates, from BA (Hons) Graphic and Media Design and Postgraduate Certificate Design for Visual Communication, who could bring their local knowledge and understanding as well as their exceptional graphic design skills.
After a competitive application process, six designers pitched proposals for the brand direction. Lauren Cotterell was chosen to complete the project and has created a range of brand assets for Nexus.
Catherine Arden, Chief Officer at the Nexus Health Group elaborates on the process: "We were impressed working with LCC to help us with our new branding and the selection of a graduate to work with us. Lauren quickly picked up our values and business model and reflected this in her exciting designs. She worked well with our staff who did not have experience of this type of work to develop her ideas to meet our needs."
