A leading consumer brand – packaging design

A leading consumer brand needed to design packaging for a limited edition product and they turned to London College of Communication graduates to create it.

The brand’s limited edition product needed to appeal to a Millennial audience across Europe, but previous designs hadn’t always succeeded.

With only a month to create the design, the brand worked with an LCC facilitator who led 2 days of rapid design with graduates from BA (Hons) Graphic and Media Design and BA (Hons) Illustration and Visual Media.

On the first day the designers created hundreds of ideas, presented them to the client and took on feedback to develop them further. The designers spent the second day refining selected concepts and delivered 11 fully realised designs for the client to choose from.

As well as the designs themselves, the project gives the client the story of their creation by a uniquely diverse group of young London talent – a story that’s authentic and credible.
