Fees and funding for students from India

As a student from India, you'll generally pay the Overseas category of tuition fees, but there are exceptions to this.

Visit our tuition fees page for more details on standard and non-standard fees. Here you'll also find a currency converter so you can see fees in Indian Rupees.

You may be able to borrow a Credila Bank loan to fund your studies with us. Take a look at our International Student Loans page for more information on Indian Loans.

You can also visit the International Students & Money page for more information, including options about working part-time whilst you study.

Scholarships, bursaries and awards

UAL offers scholarships, bursaries and awards provided through generous donations from individuals, companies and philanthropic charities, as well as from University funds.

UAL International Postgraduate Scholarships

Applicants from India may be eligible to apply for the UAL International Postgraduate £7,000 Scholarships.

Use our Scholarships Search to find all scholarships, bursaries or awards that you may be eligible for along with all eligibility criteria and deadlines.

Working while studying

Part-time work could help you cover your living costs and is a great way to gain work experience and develop your skills while you study.

UAL’s Careers and Employability team manages Creative Opportunities, a jobs and work-placement website used by thousands of employers to recruit staff, freelancers and paid interns.

ArtsTemps recruits students and recent graduates for paid temporary jobs across UAL, providing hands-on creative experience and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects while earning extra money.

There are limits on the amount of hours international students can work on a study visa, so check the rules before you take on a part-time job.
