£32 per room/night for a single room ensuite or £224 per week This rate will include bedding, Vat, and weekly bedroom cleaning as well as bedding change and full use of all the halls facilities.
The facts
Opening in September 2008, this high quality student accommodation is situated near Old Street tube station in zone 1. There are 514 rooms each with en-suite facilities, data and phone connections are provided by a third party.
The well equipped kitchen/diners are shared by up to 8 residents. The accommodation is owned by OPAL and joint managed with the University for the exclusive use of University of the Arts London students, and summer guests.
Service Level
Opal Student Housing provide daily cleaning of the common room and other public areas
Bedrooms cleaning and bedding change will be done once a week. Kitchens in each cluster of flats will also have weekly cleanings.
Residents have access to the kitchen in each flat but are advised that crockery, cooking pots and cutlery are NOT provided.
We also suggest residents bring an extra towel as the hall will only provide for 1 towel in each room.
