£30.50 per room/night for a single room ensuite or £213.50 per week. This rate will include bedding, Vat, and weekly bedroom cleaning as well as bedding change and full use of all the halls facilities.
The Facts
Opening in September 2004, this accommodation is of a high standard. Each bedroom has ensuite facilities. There are 240 single bedrooms in self contained flats with up to 7 bedrooms, sharing a large well-equipped kitchen / dining room. All rooms are provided with bedding and 1 towel. Residents are welcome to use the kitchen in their flat, however, residents are advised that crockery and cutlery are NOT provided. Ironing facilities are available in the laundry room. Each bedroom has a telephone point and data point. The telephone and internet services are exclusively provided by a third party (keySurf) and are not included in your room rate. Sanctuary Housing owns and manages this accommodation for the exclusive use of University of the Arts London students and summer guests
Service Level
Although your room and kitchen will be cleaned weekly, you are expected to remove any rubbish from the kitchen when you use it and do your own washing up.Sanctuary Housing provide a weekly cleaning service for the kitchens. Public areas are cleaned on a daily basis (Monday to Friday).
There is a coin operated laundrette on site.
