Eelko Moorer is a Dutch designer. He studied 3D design and shoemaking before setting up his own design studio in London, where he is now based. He was nominated for the prestigious Rotterdam Design prize & studied at the Royal College of Art in London, where he graduated from with an MA in product design. He has exhibited internationally at locations like: The Museum Boijmans van Beuningen and the F.I.T museum in NYC. In 2007, he was selected to show at the 'Great Brits' exhibition, which was a collaboration between Paul Smith, The Design Museum in London & the British Council. His work has been on show with Li Edelkoort's 'Li's Choice' exhibition.
Moorer now runs a cross boundary design practice - specialising in the design of footwear, fashion accessories, furniture and conceptual installations. He works on commissions for companies, galleries & private individuals.
