This creative consultancy workshop is an ideal follow on from Starting your own fashion label 1 course, or for those who have started their business but need some help moving their brand forward. The workshop will start by focusing on your company’s strategic vision and help answer the three most important question: Who are you? What do you want? How are you going to get there? As a group and as individuals, you will explore opportunities for development and growth specific to your market and product. The workshop will strive to give you the confidence, knowledge and tools to develop your ideas and take a new way of thinking back to your business. All students should be prepared to discuss and present their ideas openly in a structured class setting.
You must have attended Starting Your Own Fashion Label 1 or equivalent. You will need an actual brand concept or existing brand to benefit from the practical nature of this course. This is not a course for people only looking at exploring the idea of setting up a label.
All students who fully participate in all session of the course will receive a 'Certificate of Short Course Attendance' from London College of Fashion.

Toby Meadows is the international best selling author of ‘How to Set up & Run a Fashion Label’ currently translated into 9 different languages. He is the founder and Director of TNM Consultancy Ltd, a collective of fashion professionals providing creative and business services to the fashion industry, as well as a Director of the award winning London based cult womenswear designer label Belle & Bunty. For the past 15 years he has been a Visiting Lecturer at the London College of Fashion, invited to host conferences on developing a fashion label as well as writing and delivering short courses for professional development within the fashion industry both in the UK and abroad.
