If you are a new user, you will need to register for a new lynda.com account when you follow the link above.

You will be prompted to enter your UAL USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

ONCE REGISTERED, THIS IS THE ONLY USERNAME AND PASSWORD YOU WILL NEED TO SUBSEQUENTLY ACCESS LYNDA.COM

The first time you login, you will also see a page prompting you to ‘personalise your account’ (as shown below).  It is advisable to fill in the profile information requested on this screen to personalise your use of lynda.com, so please complete the online form provided:

ONCE REGISTERED PLEASE CONTINUE TO USE THE ABOVE LINK.

This link is now the only way for UAL users to access lynda.com. 

As previously advertised, all data related to accounts using the old login has now been deleted.

If you have bookmarked the old login link, please update your bookmarks with the Shibboleth link:

http://lynda.arts.ac.uk

Please also note that, as is usual when logging in via Shibboleth, you will remain authenticated for the whole browser session.  If you are using an Open Access computer, please remember to close the browser when you have finished.

Please also note that if you logout of lynda.com:

you will need to follow the Shibboleth link again in order to login again, although you will not need to re-enter your UAL username and password a second time in the same browser session.
