Much like Journey Planner for public transport, there are planners available to map your cycle routes across London and beyond.

London Cycling Campaign includes a route planner on the bottom right hand corner of their home page.

Cycle Streets allows you to find the quietest routes from A to B as well as telling you other facts about the route, including calorie burn, turn by turn directions and the number of traffic lights on route.

The site also has a Photo Map, as illustrated above, which allows you to check out cycling infrastructure on route such as picture tags and comments from other cyclists about bike racks/parking and how busy or popular certain Barclays bike stations are. You can also add your own photos and videos.
