Spatial Practices Programme; Second Year Tutor, MA Narrative Environments.

Ingrid is a scenographer who practises on an urban scale. She has designed for theatre, dance and sound performances, as well as public art projects.

She received an MA in Scenography from Central Saint Martins in 2002, then subsequently joined Heatherwick Studio for seven years. There she worked on a wide range of projects, including the UK Pavilion for the 2010 World Expo – which won the Lubetkin prize.

Ingrid’s design for the exhibition of the instruments used in Longplayer, a 1000-year musical composition, is selected for the 2014 Aesthetica Art Prize in the ‘3D design and sculpture’ category.
