Storyteller/performer Clare Muireann Murphy has been on the world storytelling scene since 2006. Originally from Dublin, Clare has lived in America, Spain and now London. Her stages include The Globe, The Barbican and the National Theatres in London. She has performed in more than 20 countries.
Clare teaches storytelling, leads creative workshops, and is a guest lecturer at universities around Europe and the Americas including Penn State, University of Manitoba, Kansas State, and University of Ireland at Galway.
She was awarded the Social Entrepreneurship Ireland award in 2007 for her work with storytelling and marginalised communities. She has consulted and collaborated with many great companies including the Royal Shakespeare Company, The National Theatre and the Oxford Story Museum.
