I teach Television History, Design History and Oral History. A graduate of the Royal College of Art/V&A joint MA in Design History, I have extensive professional experience as an event coordinator and film programmer.
Other professional work includes cataloguing the furniture collection at the Sir John Soane’s Museum; event coordinator for 'How Low Can You Go?', a week-long conference on low-budget filmmaking; running the Time Out Film Club; Industry Delegate administrator for the London Film Festival; Feature Film administrator at BFI production; and writing the catalogue for the 1993 Latin American Film Festival.
I also trained in Oral History research methods at the British Library Sound Archive.
