Biography

I come from an international background as the son of a German air force colonel father and mother who ran the multifaceted organisation that is family with diligence. Upon deciding to create my own path that intersects with my family on occasion, I decided to move to London; mostly for my love of fish and chips. Starting as a waiter in a luxurious 5-star hotel I quickly rose through the ranks mostly for my aptitude to make and manage a team.

Currently, I run a restaurant, working alongside a tremendous team of 100 having moved once or twice between other challenges. I recently recognised that I want to learn more about how to operate a business with focus on making people’s lives better. In an industry that is challenging not least because of the irregular hours I know I need adaptable tools that sway from the traditional mindset.

Long term, I envisage opportunities arising from a paradigm shift in the way industries will conduct their work and hopes I can be a part of that process wherever my path takes me to.
