Why did you choose to study MA Textile Design at Chelsea?
Because of its sustainable outlook and forward thinking approach to design.
What are you working on at the moment?
A sustainable and ethically printed garment, designed to create a 'forever piece' that makes consumers invest in multi-functional clothing rather than fast fashion.
What's surprised you most about studying at Chelsea?
The dynamics of the group, everyone's exploring something slightly different, and the mix of cultural backgrounds.
Tell us about the most challenging aspect of your course?
Narrowing my project down as I had so many ideas of what I wanted to investigate for my MA.
And what's been the highlight of your course so far?
Visiting Istanbul with one of the MA Textile Design tutors and a fellow student as part on an investigation into denim processing and fast fashion.
