Daniel Campbell Blight is a writer and curator with a specific interest in the history and theory of cultural and media studies, photography and contemporary art.

Blight is also the curator of Chandelier Projects, an experimental and collaborative curatorial platform that invites artists to enter other artist’s studios and display their work; reinterpreting and extending the boundaries of different practices, collaborations, concepts and approaches to making. He also edits The Photographers’ Gallery blog.

Blight’s work is regularly published in the UK and internationally, and he has contributed to periodicals such as 1000 Words Photography, The Guardian, Notes on Metamodernism, Philosophy of Photography and Source. Blight frequently speaks at leading British photography forums and symposia, including The Cardiff International Photography Festival, Brighton Photo Fringe and The London Art Fair.

He was also Curatorial Director of London’s Hotshoe Gallery from 2009-11, and Curator of Fulham Palace Gallery from 2007-10.
