Pop Sculpture: The Filosophy of Making is a multi-disciplinary exhibition that places pop music into the gallery, presenting Le Fil's personal approaches to making art - from his renowned clay sculptures and performances to more recently, pop songs.
Le Fil is a new and unsigned British male pop artist and performer. Born Philip Li from Huddersfield and graduated from BA Ceramics at Camberwell College of Arts in 2009.
About the Vanguard Prize
The Vanguard Prize, launched in 2010, is open to current graduates and recent alumni of Camberwell College of Arts. The winner is offered a free studio residence for a year at Vanguard Court, along with ongoing mentoring and support from Camberwell to help them develop their work and career.
