Is public art a waste of space?
Does the public want public art? Does it enrich our lives or is it a waste of taxpayers' money? Should the UK be more daring?
The panel includes broadcaster Joan Bakewell, Director of the National Portrait Gallery Sandy Nairne, artist Mark Titchner and Giles Waterfield, independent curator and writer, Associate Lecturer at the Courtauld Institute of Art and Director of Royal Collection Studies.
