QAA Institutional Review 2012/13
Key findings
The University was visited by a team from the Quality Assurance Agency in December and January and the result has now been confirmed in a draft report as a pass in all areas. The team made some recommendations and these, alongside all the comments in the report, will lead to action in a number of areas. The response to the report is being led by the Academic Registrar who has drafted an Action Plan recommending detailed responses in all areas and this is currently being considered by Senior University Managers and in the Academic Standards and Development Committee and other fora. By June the Action Plan must be published on the University’s website and sent to QAA for sign off.
