Careers and Employability work across UAL. The team is dedicated to embedding enterprise and employability in the curriculum, works to support curriculum development and engagement with the Creative Attributes Framework and provides extra curricula support and opportunities for students and graduates.

Key contacts

  • Richard Sant – Head of Careers & Employability
  • Vicky Fabbri – Manages the Enterprise and Events team which provides business enterprise and start-up support as well as funding, mentoring opportunities and includes not just a shop.
  • Hannah Breslin – Leads the Education and Support team who provide employability education and support to students and recent graduates.
  • Roxanne Peters – Manages the IP Education team who work with course leaders and tutors, provide support to students and graduates and run focused IP sessions for early-stage business initiatives.
  • Russell Martin – Leads Artquest, a public programme of UAL funded by Arts Council England. Artquest provides advice, opportunities and resources to England’s professional visual artists, and carries out research into their working lives.

Employability Practitioners

Employability Practitioners deliver student-facing careers support across all UAL Colleges. This includes; CV checks, extra-curricular employability workshops and co-curricular employability sessions.
